Most vacation rental homes are privately owned and the travel industry is increasingly facing fraud and property damage. Registering your information is a safe guard for both you and the homeowner. 

Don't sweat the small stuff ..... We've partnered with InsuraGuest to provide you with Damage Waiver Protection of up to $6,000 in coverage ($100 deductible still applies). Pay it forward and notify us before your departure so we can replace or repair the item before the next guest arrival!

Damage waiver does not include intentional damage or damage to home structures.

We know the feeling! Our service team inspects the home after each visit and if the item is found, we will get it back to you. Most items can be shipped directly to you for a $30 fee + shipping costs. 

Cancellation policies may differ by property and are stated in each listing. If this is a concern, we encourage our guests to additionally purchase travel insurance to cover their reservation. We understand there may be circumstances outside of your control that could prevent you from traveling short notice before your visit, therefore, insuring your trip is the best way to gain peace of mind.
